The specific names are as follows, hoping I have recopied them correctly because I can’t copy and paste from CCleaner.
Some of their videos would work and others wouldn’t and then then ones that did work wouldn’t unless I logged out and jumped through some other hoops, but that’s not my real concern at this point – just these cookies I can’t get rid of. Oh, I remember what took me to CCleaner in the first place: it was problems I was having with Vimeo on a particular site. As soon as I did they would go away, but if I ran Analyze again, they’d all 4 still be there. I tried selecting one at a time in CCleaner and hitting delete. At one point along the line, I ran CCleaner again, and found that doing all that googling and going to all those sites had added a bunch of more cookies, AND ANOTHER cookie from. They suggested a number of helps from Bleeping computer, so I thought it had to be good! I tried their first several suggestions (Hitmanpro, TDSS Killer, adwcleaner, and Malwarebytes – free) with no success. I Googled help on that extension and landed on. At that time I did not make note of exactly which ones they were.
The first time I ran CCleaner, there were three cookies that were left, all with the extension. My concern is not now a slow computer, but cookies that I cannot remove. I often use CCleaner whenever my computer slows down or exhibits unusual behavior.
